NFL Week 15 Picks by Cooper the Analyst and Cup of Joe in the D

NFL Week 15 kicks off with the LA Chargers visiting the Raiders in Las Vegas. After a good start to the season the Raiders fallen back into the old ways and are at risk of no making the playoffs again. This is a must win game for the Raiders!

Week 15 has seen the coronvirus continue to invade the NFL and teams don't know until Fri or Sat if they will be playing on Sunday. Players continue to test positive for the virus.  Look for more Players to test positive in the upcoming weeks making the season very susceptible to becoming a Bubble League.

Injuries have become a major concern as more and more Players are succumbing to groin and hamstring injuries. Some teams are already decimated with injuries and I look for this to continue throughout the season. It may come down to healthy decent teams sneaking into the Playoffs and making a run this season.

Week 15 will have some key marquee match ups:

  • Can Carr and the Raiders win a game they must win against the surging Chargers?
  • Will the Bills continue to roll against the Broncos?
  • Is Rodgers the new MVP and will He keep the Packers in line for the #1 seed in the NFC?
  • Can Washington continue to win games by a great defense and average QB in Haskins?
  • Will the 49ers continue to stay in the playoff race with a win over the Cowboys?
  • Coming off the dramatic win in CLE will the Ravens cruise past the lowly Jaguars?
  • Is Staffords days in Detroit numbered?
  • The Titans ar rolling heading into the playoffs.
  • Can TB take care of Business in Atlanta?
  • Will the Dolphins knock the Patriots out of Playoff contention?
  • Can the Bears behind Trubisky go into Minnesota and beat the Vikings?
  • Has Indy shown that they can make a deep run in this years Playoffs?
  • Will the Eagles behind Hurts continue to surpirse teams?
  • Which Rams team shows up against the winless NY Jets?
  • Bress is starting for the Saints against the Chiefs, is this a smart move for the Saints?
  • Can Cleveland rebound and beat a NY Giants team w/o Jones at QB but with a good defense?
  • Has Pitt peaked and starting to go downhill and is Big Ben showing his age?
  • Why is Adam Gase still the HC of the NYJets let alone in the NFL?
  •  Packers QB Rodgers stated this week He should be in the talk as one of the GOATs of all time
  • With all these NFL Players testing positive for Covid and not following protocols, will the NFL start giving out harsher penalties?
  • Is the NFL and NFLPA putting the games and $$$ ahead of the Players safety?
  • Which team is next to fire their HC this season? Lions fired Patricia and GM Quinn after the Lions Thanksgiving debacle.....

Through the first 14 weeks we are seeing who are the contenders, the so so's and the pretenders. Contenders this season so far in the AFC; Bills, Chiefs, Ravens, Colts, Titans and Steelers.  In the NFC; Packers,Rams, Saints and Seahawks   Surprise teams are: Buccaneers, Colts, Browns. Worst Teams are: NY Jets, Bengals, Jaguars and Cowboys.

Cooper went 11-5 in Week 14 and is 163-41-1 YTD. We will pick the games each week and post the previous weeks records and recap as we go forward.. Enjoy the NFL Season!!!
