Many questions surround this NCAA Tournament, first and foremost is, when is the shoe going to drop on the FBI investigation into the corruption of college basketball and how many teams that were in this years Tourney will have to vacate wins, money, etc. With the ease of players making 3's nowadays, it is time to move the 3 point line back to where the NBA 3 point line is, as it is way too easy to make 3's and it was very evident from this years Tourney that in a one and done format, this is the way for the best teams to be beaten by teams with little to no chance to normally beat them. In the days before the shot clock was implemented, the mid majors found a way to beat the best teams by playing a four corner offense and stalling and keep the score real low as way to win. It took a few years but the NCAA realized they had to put a shot clock in or the game would be jeopardized. The NCAA Tournament is a money maker for the NCAA with it taking in a reported 771M this year alone. Also the subject of student athletes getting paid will have to be addressed in the near future.
So it is Final Four time, players and fans alike are getting excited. All 4 teams have a chance to get to the Championship Game and One of them will be crowned the Winner. Its been a long couple of weeks as many had their favorite teams beat, their Brackets busted early on and yet We all will be watching the games on Saturday and the following Monday with baited breath.
