NHL 2017-2018 Season Team Predictions

The NHL Season is finally here with excitement in the air as Fans get ready for another year of rooting for their favorite team(s) and player(s) and have hopes of seeing their Team hoisting the Stanley Cup. Some Teams got better, some stayed about the same as last year and a few teams will remain in the bottom as cellar dwellers again. Will the Pittsburgh Penguins three peat this season or who will step up and dethrone the Champions? Katie, in her 3rd season as the NHL Analyst for the CupofJoeintheD Sports Group, which already includes Joey (NCAA and CFB Analyst) and also Cooper (NFL Analyst). Katie correctly predicted both teams in the Stanley Cup Finals last season and the winner was also correctly picked in the Pittsburgh Penguins. Katie is the Cousin  to Joey and Cooper.  Good luck to Everyone and to all the Teams this Season.  Katie will be providing updates and articles on the Hockey Season as the Season progresses. This season My Detroit Red Wings will miss the NHL Playoffs for the 2nd straight season as they continue to rebuild. The Red Wings will surprise teams this season but are too young and lack experience to get into the post season. Detroit also opens up in the new Little Caesars Arena which is the class of all NHL Arenas.
This seasons Stanley Cup finals will be between the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Dallas Stars with the Lightning winning in 6 games.
