NFL Week 4 Picks by Cooper NFL Analyst and Cup of Joe in the D

Week 4 of the NFL season begins Thursday night with the Chicago Bears (1-2) visiting the Green Bay Packers (2-1). Green Bay still hasn't put it all together yet and the Bears are fresh coming off an upset win of the Steelers last Sunday.  This will be an interesting and entertaining game to say the least.
Sunday starts off with the second game of the season in London as the Dolphins play the Saints. New Orleans finally put it together on both sides of the ball last week in getting their first win of the season and Miami got walloped by the helpless Jets in losing to New York.  In the battle of win less teams in Ohio, the Bengals travel to Cleveland. Both teams showed some spark last Sunday but came up short in their losses. Minnesota will be without their starting QB once again as Sam Bradford will be out as the Vikings host the Lions. Detroit fresh off their controversial loss will look to rebound with a win on the road.
The LA Rams travel to Dallas and look to win their second game in a row. The Cowboys look to build on last weeks win and take over 1st place in the NFC East. The Jaguars who boast a top 5 defense this season look for the offense to gain steam after their convincing win last Sunday.  The Giants are still seeking their 1st win of the season and will have to overcome sloppy offensive play if they want to beat Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers licking their wounds after a beat down in Minnesota will be without some key defensive players. San Francisco also looks for their first win of the season when they visit the Cardinals in Arizona. The 49'ers finally got their offense on track last week play an Arizona team still looking for its identity this season. Defense seems to still be the strongest part of the team but the offense has struggled mightily.  Oakland looks to forget last weeks game where the team didn't show up mentally and got trounced by the Redskins in an embarrassing loss last Sunday.
The Sunday night game has the Colts traveling to Seattle. Both teams have been somewhat of a disappointment so far this season although both starting QB's shined last week and look to continue to have another impressive performance this Sunday. Indianapolis is using a QB they traded New England for a month ago as their starter as they wait to see when QB Andrew Luck will be back from shoulder surgery. Reports have Luck coming back around the 8th game of the season.
Monday night will see the surprising Washington Redskins playing the Kansas Chiefs who are undefeated and one of the top 3 teams in all of the NFL right now. The resurgence of the Chiefs offense relies on rookie RB Kareem Hunt and a defense that bends but doesn't break. The Redskins who have relied heavily on their revamped defense is starting to see their offense slowly coming into its own.
Cooper went 11-5 in week 3 and  YTD 33-14 and CupofJoeintheD also went 8-8 in week 3 picks.  We will continue to post His record for each weekend and season total.  twitter; @cupofjoeinthed   email; cupofjoeinthed@gmail.com    www.cupofjoeinthed.blogspot.com
