CFB Top25 Week 5 and Recap by Joey Baloney and CupofJoeintheD

     Here is the CFB Top 25 Week 5, updated by Joey the CFB Cat Analyst and also by CupofJoeintheD. And a recap of Week 4 of the CFB season seen little change in the Top 5 but many changes from #6 thru #25.  Alabama continued to remain on top with an easy win against an over matched Kent State. Clemson won a hard fought game against Georgia Tech as they get ready for a showdown with Louisville this coming weekend. Louisville also took down Marshall. Michigan cruised past Penn State and Stanford won in the last minute against arch rival UCLA to remain undefeated. Tennessee finally beat Florida to end an 20 game losing streak to the Gators. Wisconsin, behind a first time starting QB went into East Lansing and pummeled the Spartans of MSU. It was a sloppy played game and MSU looked bad and dropped down the standings. Ole Miss at home took down the undefeated Georgia Bulldogs in a game that saw Georgia spanked over and over by the Rebels.  LSU lost to Auburn in a close game that saw LSU score the winning TD at the end of the game only to find out on review the game had ended before they got the final snap off and they lost making their record 2-2. LSU afterwards fired HC Les Miles and also OC Cameron after pressure from the LSU Boosters with deep pockets and allot of influence at LSU. What is crazy is LSU owes Miles almost $12M in pay and has no issues in paying this and also paying another Coach at least $5M + a year. This is what college sports has now become, it is all about wins and prestige and not giving a damn about the student athletes or educating anymore. When Boosters and outside influences now rule colleges and make it all about the$$$ and wins and what they pay these coaches now, it has become a sad affair for college sports in America.  Notre dame falls to Duke and is now 1-3 and in a cowardly move, HC Brian Kelly fires the DC at Notre Dame to try to protect his own job even though Kelly is in way over his head. Joey Baloney went 15-5 in week 4, including picking 4 upset winners and is 59-50 after 4 weeks including  picking 19 upset winners   Week 5 winners will be; Washington, UMich , Tennessee, BYU, ND, Temple, WMU, Ok St, Iowa, Miam (Fla), NDSU, WF, Oklahoma,UNC, Texas A&M,  Utah, USC, CSU, UCLA, PSU  We will revise our Top 25 every week thru the College Football Season..  twitter; @cupofjoeinthed  email; cupofjoeinthed@gmail.com
