NFL Football Week 2 began with a Battle of AFC Powerhouses when the Houston Texans (2-0) go into Foxborough and play the the New England Patriots (2-0). Bill Belichick and the Patriots are geniuses, they have developed
a Plug and Play System where they can plug in a player with years or
experience or little to no experience and the System allows the Player
to succeed and win. All teams should model their NFL Football team
around this proven system of winning. Both teams have been dominant in their first 2 games but there is uncertainty with the Patriots as to who will start at QB tonight. Pats QB Jimmy Garappolo injured his throwing shoulder last weekend and is listed as possible for tonight's game, if He doesn't play, the 3rd string QB Jacoby Brissett will start for the Patriots. Injuries once again decimated some teams last Sunday but none more then Adrian Peterson hurt his knee and is going to be out a minimum 3-4 months if not longer. The Lions lost starting RB Ameer Abdullah for the year and other RB's are out 3 or 4 games as well. The Rookie QB's once again shined and were impressive especially Eagles rookie QB Carson Wentz. The Steelers are also 2-0 and look impressive early on and the Panthers got back to their winning ways as well. The Vikings and QB Sam Bradford were victorious in a hard fought game with the Packers. Green Bay and QB Aaron Rodgers seem out of sorts as they were last season and maybe it is time for HC Mike McCarthy to bring in a true OC to run the offense. The Bears lost QB Jay Cutler for at least 6 games and now will look at journeyman backup QB Brian Hoyer to lead a not so good team going forward. Cowboys QB Dak Prescott also continued to impress in leading the Cowboys to their 1st win of the year. And the LA Rams won for the first time this season in a defensive battle with the Seahawks and are 1-1 this season without scoring an offensive TD yet.
