NFL Week 10 Picks by Cooper NFL Analyst and Cup of Joe in the D

Week 10 of the NFL Season kicks off with an NFC West match up between the Seattle Seahawks (5-3) traveling to Phoenix to face the Arizona Cardinals (4-4). This is a must win game for both teams as neither can afford to fall another game behind the Division leading and surprising LA Rams. Seattle is coming off two tough last second decided games in which they split, while the Cardinals are coming off a tough win against the 49'ers behind backup veteran QB Drew Stanton. Everyone is also waiting on hopefully a final resolution to the Ezekiel Elliott 6 game suspension as both the NFLPA and the NFL will battle it out in the Federal Appeals Court in New York on Thursday. Also, Roger Goodell and Colin Kaepernick will try to finally sit down one on one and talk about the issues at hand. Jerry Jones, Owner of the Dallas Cowboys, now thinks he is bigger then the NFL and the guy who should be calling the shots. He is threatening to sue the NFL if they give Commissioner Roger Goodell an contract extension. Jones is mad that Goodell won't back down on Elliott's 6 game suspension so now He wants Goodell fired. Jerry Jones has forgotten how much money Roger Goodell has made the NFL and the other Owners, but Jones ego is getting in the way just as it has with the Cowboys since He bought them. This is going to get very ugly quickly thanks to Jerry Jones!
The early games on Sunday start with the NY Jets visiting the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay. Both teams have struggled but Tampa Bay has been the bigger disappointment so far and now they will be without QB Jameis Winston for the foreseeable future. The Jaguars host the LA Chargers who have resurrected their season and are coming off their bye week looking for a win. Jacksonville will rely on their Top 5 defense and a steady offense to continue their winning ways.  In Detroit, the Lions look to beat the win less Cleveland Browns after their dominant performance over Green Bay on Monday night.  The struggling Bengals travel to Tennessee to take on the 1st place Titans.
In Buffalo, the Bills look to put behind him their loss to the Jets last week when they take on the New Orleans Saints. The Saints have won 6 straight games and are currently in 1st place in the NFC South.  Green Bay visits Chicago in an NFC North showdown. The Packers have lost 3 straight since QB Aaron Rodgers was injured and the Bears who have won 2 out of their last 3 games will once again call on their defense if they want to win this game. Indianapolis hosts the Steelers in a game that looks lopsided on paper. Pittsburgh has cruised to a 6-2 record. Indianapolis on the other hand, has looked confused at times and will be without QB Andrew Luck for the season.  The Washington Redskins fresh off a last minute TD and win in Seattle face the Vikings who lead the NFC North. Washington is banged up on both sides of the ball and Minnesota is fresh off their bye week. The Vikings also placed QB Sam Bradford on IR and activated QB Teddy Bridgewater from the PUP list.
The late games start with the Texans traveling to play the LA Rams. Houston playing without their starting QB face the high powered Rams and their top offense.  In a must win game for the Falcons, Atlanta hosts the Dallas Cowboys who have won 3 in a row.  Atlanta looks nothing like the team that went to the Super Bowl. The most interesting game of the week will be the one win NY Giants visiting the win less 49ers.  The Giants were blown out at home last week and many are questioning whether the team has quit on 2nd year HC Ben Mcadoo. San Francisco has played hard but fallen short week in and week out and this may be there best chance for a win this season.  The Sunday night game early on in the year was a game that everyone was pointing too as a huge game to decide playoff ramifications but is now just a regular game. New England is in 1st place and has won their last 4 games while the Denver Broncos have lost 4 games in a row and made a QB change last week. The Broncos were annihilated by the Eagles who torched them for 51 points. For Denver to have any chance at the playoffs, the Broncos must win this game.
In the Monday night game, the Carolina Panthers host the Miami Dolphins. Carolina is just a half game behind the Saints for 1st place while the Dolphins who struggle to put points on the board, need a win to stay in playoff contention. Last Sunday we witnessed an ugly side of the NFL as in a few games, fights broke out between opposing teams and their were also numerous skirmishes as well. The NFL fined most pf the players involved but once again was the butt of jokes as they failed to suspend AJ Green for his involvement in starting a fight between two teams. Also, Buccaneers QB Jameis Winstons immaturity reared its ugliness as he instigated a fight that cost Tampa Bay's Mike Evans a 1 game suspension for sticking up for his QB. One has to wonder if tempers boiled over as Players are upset with the NFL for their handling of issues that the  NFLPA and Players think need to be addressed immediately.
