The NCAA Basketball Tournament is Officially here! The 68 chosen teams are getting ready for the start of March Madness and to play in the Big Dance! Colleges and Sports pundits and Fans all over the country are looking at all the teams in the Tourney and wondering how the NCAA Selection Committee could pick some teams to be in the field of 68 such as UCLA (they must have had pictures of someone to be of been selected...lol) and how they left some teams such as Richmond or Colorado State out of the Big Dance. Every year, We all question some of the selections and with good reason but it is a subjective process and no one knows except those who are on the Selection Committee, what they were thinking as they chose the teams and seeded them and what region they sent them too. I also wonder how Dayton gets a play in game just miles away from their home court and this is fair how? So today and early tomorrow, millions of Brackets will be filled out by Everyone and Anyone whether it is for fun, or friendly wagers, or online where if you pick all the teams correctly to win, you will become a very rich person. I figured since there is truly no rhyme of reason to the Brackets for there is always numerous upsets early on and usually by the Elite 8, some high seeded teams have been eliminated, that I have the NCAA House Cat Analyst- Joey Boloney aka The Cat, pick teams for this years NCAA Basketball Tourney and see how he fairs against everyone else. Picking the games is always a crap shoot at best for you can go with all the higher seeds early on but there is always one or two major upsets by the time the first weekend is over and the Sweet 16 is left to play the following week! So as I select my teams for this years Bracket, Joey Boloney the Cat will also pick his and we will see how he stacks up against everyone else. Stay turned throughout March Madness and during the next 3 weeks leading up to the Championship game, I will post how my Bracket is doing and also how Joey the Cats Bracket is as well. Here is a picture of Joey Boloney the Cat Analyst as he thinks and ponders his selections for his Brackets! @cupofjoeinthed
