Recap of NFL and its Black Eye of a Season

So now that the NFL Season is officially over and we have crowned the New England Patriots Super Bowl XLIX Champions for the 4th time in the past 14 seasons there are many questions that the NFL as a whole need to answer for the Fans and the Media at the very least.
1.) What really happened at DeflateGate and who was responsible for deflating the footballs?
2.)  When will the Players Union and NFL put together and agree upon  a comprehensive conduct policy (including domestic abuse) and drug policy?
3.) When will the NFL treat all teams the same and  implement due diligence quicker to resolve issues?
4.) How does the NFL change the perception of its tarnished image and restore integrity to the game?
5.) Should the NFL modify its policy as to when teams can go after other teams coaches to include they   have to wait until after the Super Bowl?
6.) Should instant replay also apply to pass interference and other calls on the field too?

I am sure there are other important questions and discussions that will come out now that the season is over. The NFL Season was full of surprises and teams that excelled and others that took a huge step back but most of the season was marred by the continual Black Eyes that the NFL took in the Public eye that related to such things as Adrian Peterson, Ray Rice, all the other domestic abuse issues involving NFL players, the drug suspensions and then reduction in suspensions of the players, players refusing to speak to the media, and of course DeFlateGate and etc. etc. etc.  I am surprised the Owners continually pat Roger Goodell on the back and support him when these issues continually plague the NFL over and over. The only reason I come up with is the Owners are raking in Millions and millions, so paying Roger Goodell $40M+ is chump change to them and making money is more important to them, then making sure the integrity of the game is restored. So hopefully there will be some answers and changes this off-season for the NFL but I won't hold my breath. Until then, the countdown to the NFL draft is 85 days and counting. So to all its fans sit back, enjoy all the other sports till football season starts again, maybe watch the NCAA Basketball and Hockey, MLB and Spring training is just around the corner, NBA, and the NHL.  Maybe, just maybe, we also may hear from the NFL and they may be transparent this time but I fear it will snow in desert before we get all of the answers  or truths the NFL owes everyone.        @cupofjoeinthed
