And yet another NE Patriots Scandal and NFL Black Eye

When it rains it pours and for the New England Patriots and the NFL, it is more like a Hurricane, Typhoon, and Tsunami all rolled up into one. Lets see how to break this down.  Its been well over a month since DeflateGate was first reported and in this time frame we have found out the following; 1.) allegedly 11 out of 12 footballs were deflated, 2.) the Patriots and its Owner did their own investigation and found that the Patriots did nothing wrong and are owed a public apology. 3.) It took the NFL over 3 weeks before they chose to send someone to do their own investigation. 3.) The NFL told everyone once this story broke they would have an answer for this the week before the Super Bowl and then said, oh wait, it will take weeks maybe even months to figure this out! Mind you, the Patriots said they figured all of this out within days of the incident. 4.) Everyone knew the NFL and the Patriots would push all this under the rug until well after the Super Bowl, especially when Roger Goodell who never misses a chance to speak out and talk about something, suddenly went MIA during this investigation. 5.) There were rumors of a Locker Room attendant suddenly put in the fore front as to the person who allegedly altered and deflated the footballs. 6) A report was released yesterday that now says something totally different and accuses the locker room attendant with trying to get an unapproved official ball into the game but an alternate official noticed the ball and notified the incident to the NFL's Vice President of Game Operations, Mike Kensil. 7.) we are still waiting for the NFL to rule on the Browns text message fiasco, Greg Hardy and his domestic violence, and other pertinent issues as well.
Now it is ironic and funny that the NFL is just releasing this information to everyone seeing this happened and was reported on the day of the game. Even more hilarious, is there is no mention by the NFL of the 11 deflated balls and its findings on that issue. The NFL continues to tell everyone that they are transparent but the NFL is the furthest thing from being transparent and open . The Black Eyes continue to mount for the NFL and trust is a thing of the past and the integrity of the game is questioned more and more as the NFL tries to sweep issue after issue under the rug and mocks the intelligence of its Fans and Sponsors. No matter how large or small the transgressions are, the NFL's unwillingness to address and punish and fix will someday soon come back to bite them in a big way, in its wallet! But until that happens and the Owners see their profits shrink and the fans stay away, the NFL will continue to rake in the almighty dollar after dollar and laugh and mock at everyone as it takes its fortunes to the bank and leaves the integrity of the game to dwindle and call into question everything it does.  Once again Mr. Roger Goodell and the NFL, Tick Tock, You are on the Clock to do what is right and not just what is right for You and the Owners but for the good of football!!!!!           @cupofjoeinthed
