Its been a Sports Junkies Paradise the past few weeks and it will continue for the next month or so. This is always a very exciting time of the year with so much going on within a small time frame It started with all the trades before the NBA trading deadline where you had to get a team program to see who is who on most teams now. Spring training started and hope and excitement is in the air for everyone's favorite team. NASCAR'S first race of the year was last Sunday at Daytona to start this years Racing Series. The NFL Combine was also over this past weekend with NFL prospects going through drills and meeting with perspective teams in hopes of getting drafted this year. NFL teams start the official cutting of players as Free Agency nears and fans get real excited as to see which player(s) their favorite team will go after and sign. The NHL trade deadline is just a few days away as well and just like the NBA , rumors are flying as to who will go where and which teams will mortgage their future for a chance at the Stanley Cup this year. March Madness is just around the corner and College basketball fans and pundits are already putting together their projected brackets or who is in and who is on the bubble. In a few weeks on a Sunday night as always, everyone will know who is in and who isn't and where they favorite Collegiate team may be playing. Golf season is upon us and the Masters is always the first Major tournament played in early April. The start of the MLB baseball season will also start in about a month from now and we will be closing in on a new NCAA Basketball Champion as well as the NHL playoffs starting in April and the NBA playoffs shortly afterwards. And finally the NFL draft will follow and that is the time of year where football fans flock to their tv's and the internet to see who is drafted and how good their teams did in drafting players for this year and the future. So this is always a great few months for the avid Sports Junkie as so much is happening and going on in the World of Sports. A time filled with all sorts of sports happenings that ease the Winter doldrums and the early part of Spring as we root for our favorite teams and look forward to the warmth and the coming of Summer.
