Puppy Bowl XIII is going to be the best one yet! It will have over 78
adoptable puppies from 34 shelters and rescue groups that represent 24 states
across the Unites States. .Puppy Bowl XIII kicks off with a furry
group of line barkers and wide retrievers, making adorable fumbles and
tumbles in an effort to score winning touchdowns for #TeamRuff and
#TeamFluff. For the sixth year in a row, America's favorite "Rufferee," Dan
Schachner, returns to call the puppy penalties, furry fumbles and
terrier touchdowns. Award-winning animal advocate and television
correspondent Jill Rappaport introduces the Subaru Pup Close and Personal segments that highlight some of the heartwarming stories of the adorable athletes. This year, the Bowl also features three pups with special needs -
Doobert (deaf), Lucky (three-legged) and Winston (hearing and sight
impaired) - who won't let their disability stop them. The game will also feature a Kitty Play halftime show featuring the feline musical group Chicago Rock Cats with Kitty Gaga singing
"Puparazzi" to her litter of adoptable rescue kittens and the Puppy Cam is back. Also, the half time show includes the cheerleading rescue rabbits and guinea pigs. An estimated 25 million viewers will
be watching Puppy Bowl XIII and over 10
million viewers will watch the Kitty Bowl IV. Major sponsors who purchase commercial time for these
Bowls must also commit to being sponsors and advertise all year round
with all programming on these channels. Puppy Bowl XIII official sponsors include PEDIGREE,
Petco, BISSELL, ARM & HAMMER , RO*TEL
and Velveeta, Dairy Queen, GEICO, SHEBA and Subaru. Kitty Bowl IV official sponsors include Arm & Hammer, Subaru and PetSmart. All the puppies and
kittens are
available to be adopted right after the Bowls air on television through
the shelters and some are even adopted by staffers of the events. My
favorite part is seeing how cute all the kittens are as well as how well
the puppies play together and knowing that all my friends will get
adopted and go to good homes to be with their new families. So if after
watching the Kitten Bowl and Puppy Bowl you decide you or you and your
family is looking for a kitten or cat, puppy or a dog, please visit the
animal shelters in your area and pick out a new family member. Remember
to always have your Cats and Dogs spayed and neutered. My little brother
Joey (NFL Analyst) and My cousin Katie (NHL Analyst) will be joining me
to watch and breakdown and recap the Puppy Bowl and Kitty Bowl on
Sunday. My name
is Joey Baloney aka the Cat and I approve and wrote this
