It's March Madness Weekend in the NCAA... 8 Teams already onto the Sweet 16, 8 more will move on today..

 

     The Big Dance has entered the last day of the First weekend of March Madness. Eight Teams have already advanced to the Sweet 16 with 8 more punching their ticket today.. Day 4 of March Madness begins today!  I am sure everyone has their Final Four intact even after 40 teams have been eliminated. On Saturday we watched another SEC team go down in flames (Texas A&M) joined Miss St, Vanderbilt,Georgia, Mizzou and Texas which lost in a play in game. Once again the NCAA Selection Committee came under fire when they put 14 Teams in from the SEC and screwed over Indiana and Boise State and the Mid Major Conferences were Royally screwed over again.. A North Carolina team who had a 1-12 record in Quad 1 was selected and booted on Friday.  And even more questions arise as the Chair person is the AD of UNC.  I am sure many will be rooting for their Team and watching their Brackets and seeing who will win and who will lose and what will be the Major Upsets this weekend. Will this be another year of early round upsets or will the Power 5 Conferences finally show their prowess. Everyone Good Luck to Your Teams and also on Your Brackets.  The NCAA needs to address in both Basketball and Football the Issues of Teams being able to go after Head Coaches of Teams playing in the NCAA Tournament or the  CFB Playoffs.. A Moratorium needs to be put in place for this as well as Players entering the Transfer Portal. NCSU is the latest to go after a Head Coach of a Team currently playing in the NCAA Tournament..
