NFL Week 7 kicks off with a Battle of 2 NFC East teams at the NYG visited the Eagles in Philly..A game of teams looking to try to get our of the cellar in the weakest Division in all of football. The game didnt disappoint as for the 2nd week in a row the Giants gave the game away late behind Danny "Drop Step" Jones who tripped over his own 2 feet running for an easy TD and was caught inside the 10 yd line.
Week 7
has seen the
coronavirus continue to invade the NFL and teams don't know until Fri or Sat if they will be playing on Sunday. Players continue
to test positive for the virus. Look for more Players to test positive
in
the upcoming weeks
making the season very susceptible to becoming a Bubble League.
Injuries have become a major concern as more and more Players are succumbing to groin and hamstring injuries. Some teams are already decimated with injuries and I look for this to continue throughout the season. It may come down to healthy decent teams sneaking into the Playoffs and making a run this season.
Week 7 will have some key marquee match ups.
- Will The Cowboys rebound with backup QB Andy Dalton after being embarrassed at home?
- Still waiting for someone, anyone to take control of the very bad NFC East?
- Which NFL Team is the worst: NY Giants, NY Jets, Falcons or Jaguars?
- Which QB is the favorite to be MVP though the first 6 weeks?
- Which undefeated team(s) will stay unbeaten this week, the Seahawks, Steelers or Titans?
- Will Rodgers return to His impressive season in Green Bay or is this the start of the end?
- Can the Browns and Baker Mayfield turn it aroundafter the debacle last Sunday?
- Which game this weekend will be the highest scoring?
- Will Pittsburgh remain on top of the AFC North or will it be the Ravens?
- Can Russell Wilson continue his torid streak throwing TD's?
- Is the NFL and NFLPA putting the games and $$$ ahead of the Players safety?
- Which team is next to fire their HC this season? Quinn and O'Brien have already been axed!
- Does AB make the Bucs the team to beat or will he destroy their team chemistry?
Through the first 6 weeks we are seeing who are the contenders, the so so's and the pretenders. Contenders this season so far in the AFC; Bills, Patriots,Chiefs, Ravens, Steelers and Titans. In the NFC; Packers, Rams, Saints, Seahawks and Bears Surprise teams are: Buccaneers, Bears, Colts, Raiders, Browns. Worst Teams are: NY Jets, NY Giants, Vikings, Falcons, Bengals and Texans.
