CFB Conference Championship Picks,Thoughts and Top 25

The CFB Regular Season is over and the Conference Championship Weekend is upon us. Bowl Season is just around the corner as the Bowl schedule will come out this Sunday... But before that happens, We will see the Conference Championships being decided and the final team to get into the CFB Playoffs. Last weekend helped clear up allot of the debate of who and who shouldn't get into the 4 team Playoffs. Alabama got beat for the 2nd time this year and was eliminated. Head Coach Nick Saban complained about a couple calls that went against his team but in reality, the Roll Tide played a very soft cupcake of a non conference schedule and won 10 games against inferior teams. We could be seeing a change of scenery as to the Dominant Powerhouse teams in College Football.
Ohio State, LSU and Clemson have emerged as dynasty type teams while Georgia and Oklahoma are close behind.  This year Utah is the team that if they beat Oregon in the PAC12 Championship that could very well climb into the number 4 spot if Georgia loses to LSU.
A shout out to Central Michigan and 1st year HC Jim McElwain, CMU was picked by most to be one of the worst teams in all of Division 1 before the season started and not only did they win 8 games, they are playing for the MAC Championship this weekend. I know He has no chance at being Coach of the Year but He truly deserves to be in the mix for the award.
Last weekend, we witnessed once again the Michigan Wolverines and Head Coach Jim Harbaugh lose to Ohio State. The Wolverines lost 3 games this season, all to B1G nemesis's Penn State, Wisconsin and Ohio State. Rumors once again are swirling about Harbaugh leaving to return to the NFL.  The Texas Longhorns were the biggest disappointment this season after many had them a Top 10 team and they struggled to finish with 6 wins. The Coaching Carousel has already begun and many more schools will be looking for a new Coach in the coming weeks.  I have been a strong advocate that the NCAA should make schools wait until the Bowl Season is over to hire Coaches away from other schools. Below are my Picks for the Conference Championships this weekend.
