My 2019 College Football Top 25 Preseason Rankings

      Here is the Final College Football Top 25 Preseason Rankings picked by Joey Baloney the Cat Football Analyst for the upcoming 2019 Football Season. Only 12 days before the 2019 College Football Season begins with Florida Gators hosting the Miami Hurricanes. With preseason expectations factored in, here are the final teams in the Top 25 and also honorable mentions for the start of the upcoming season. Will Alabama get its revenge on the butt kicking it took at the hands of Clemson in last years CFB Championship Game or will Georgia or Ohio State or will a sleeper team be one of the four to play for this years Trophy? Who will be the surprise Top 10 team this season?
     The collegiate game is making money hand over fist for the NCAA and the Power 5 conferences and Coaches are not signing contracts paying them allot more then NFL Coaches. Is it truly time for the players to receive a stipend? And should players be allowed to move from college to college just a a Coach does with no penalty or stipulations?
     Joey will also send out his normal weekly rankings all thru the season. Joey Baloney was very successful in the NCAA Basket Ball Tournament this past March and He continues with his CFB picks for this Football Season.  He will be joined by his  Little Brother Cooper, who picked the NFL Season as well as being the new Editor-In-Chief.
