NCAA 2017/2018 CBB Preseason Top 25 Rankings

        Here are the way too early College Basketball Preseason Top 25 rankings by Joey the NCAA Basketball Cat Analyst. Joey Baloney had another great NCAA Tournament last season picking 50+ winners in the 63 game tournament for the 4th year in a row. Now that the NCAA deadline to enter this years June NBA Draft is over, it is time to send our Joey's annual College Basketball Preseason Top 25 Team Rankings. Numerous teams are loaded on upperclassmen talent as well as potential NBA players debuting this season. Once again, the power conferences are loaded, but as seen by last years Tourney, smaller conferences are starting to be regulars throughout March Madness. Here are My Top 5 to start out the 2017/2018 season; Arizona, Kansas, Kentucky, Duke and Michigan State.
