College Basketball Players becoming flop artists

Is it just me or have College basketball players learned the art of flopping just like the players in the NBA? In watching college games recently, there is no doubt these players have been taught how to take a flop most of the time whenever an opposing player remotely touches or bumps into them.  Taking a charge is one thing and part of playing good defense, but flopping and falling backwards before any contact is made is ridiculous. What is even more shameful is these players are being taught to do this in a manner as to not get caught. Practice makes perfect! Flopping got so bad in the NBA that players are warned the first time and fined in increasing amounts for each flop afterwards and after 5 flops can receive a significant fine and also a suspension. Flopping still occurs in the NBA on a regular basis but seems to be only by a group of players for the most part.  The NCAA needs to implement a penalty system for flopping before it gets more out on hand than it already is.  College players who flop can be seen getting up and smiling knowing they caused a foul on an opposing player but also know there isn't anything the refs can truly do about it. The NCAA Rules Committee in October of 2014 decided they were not going to address flopping and let it continue on. As the College basketball season goes on, it is more and more evident players are getting better training and more practice at flopping and it is increasing  in the college games.  Soon enough if the NCAA continues to turn a blind eye to this, it will impact games on a regular basis and will get thoroughly out of hand.  Coaches also need to step up and put a stop to this although most Coaches look for any advantage they can get to ensure winning at all times and will continue to allow this to happen. It will be up to the NCAA to put an end to this, but as with most things with the NCAA, if the game is popular and making big money, they and the Rules Committee will be hesitant to change anything......    @cupofjoeinthed
