      Here are the Preseason College Football Top 25 Teams picked by Joey Baloney the Cat Football Analyst for the upcoming 2017 Football Season. Only 99 days before the 2017 College Football Season begins and with spring practice concluded and preseason expectations factored in, here are the initial teams in the Top 25 and also honorable mentions for the upcoming season. Joey Baloney was very successful in the NCAA Basket Ball Tournament this past March and He continues with his CFB picks for this Football Season.  He will be joined by his new Little Brother Cooper, who picked the NFL Season as well as being the new Editor-In-Chief.
