The NFL Week 14 picks and Recap after week 13 of the Season. Week 14 starts tonight with a Thursday Night Battle between the Vikings (8-4) and the Cardinals (10-2). Week 13 games started off with an incredible Hail Mary pass for the
Packers as they beat the Lions in another game of very questionable
Officiating but non other than a call of a face mask on the last play of
the game against the Lions. The Officiating in the NFL which has been
spiraling down towards being bad has become a joke this year and the NFL
needs to do something about it before it costs a team in the Super
Bowl. The Panthers remained the Leagues only undefeated team downing the
Saints in a shoot out. The Cardinals rolled over the offense less Rams
who have pretty much given up on the season and fired their OC
yesterday. The Bengals crushed the hapless Browns and the Seahawks went
into Minnesota and trampled the Vikings in a game that many have said
that Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer was badly out coached by the
Seahawks Pete Carroll. Tennessee beat Jacksonville in a wild game that
saw Tenn QB Marriota score on an 87 yard TD run. The 49ers went into
Chicago and downed the Bears in OT. In the Clash in NYC, The Jets beat
the Giants in OT in an up and down game that might have cost the Giants a
chance on the playoffs in the weak NFC East. Tampa Bay beat the Falcons
for the 2nd time this year behind a gutsy performance from QB Jameis
Winston. The Bills took care of business by lighting up the Texans
defense and Miami got a win by beating the Ravens in a low scoring
seesaw game. Kansas City continued to roll by beating the Raiders in
Oakland and the Eagles fresh off the beating they took in Detroit went
into Foxboro and handed the Patriots their second straight defeat. The
win might of saved HC Kelly's job for now. The Steelers behind Big Ben
and their dangerous passing attack easily beat the Colts and in the
Monday night game which was a yawner until the last few minutes of the
game saw the Cowboys beat the Redskins by a FG in the waning seconds.
Cooper went
11-5 in week 13 and is 139-43 for the season so far. We will continue
to
post His record for
each weekend and season total. @cupofjoeinthed
