The NFL Power Rankings and Recap after week 14 of the Season. Week 14
games started off with an entertaining battle between the Cardinals and Vikings. In a seesaw battle that saw the Vikings have a chance to tie the game in the closing seconds but HC Zimmer chose to run one more play and it would ultimately cost the Vikings dearly as QB Bridgewater got hit and fumbled the ball and the Cardinals recovered and won the game. Seattle behind Wilson's 5 TD passes routed the injured Ravens. The Steelers went into Cincy and beat the Bengals in a game that saw QB Dalton go down with a thumb injury that could have him miss the rest of the season. The NY Jets continued to play tough football in downing the Titans. The Panthers crushed the hapless Falcons who started out 5-0 and since then have went 1-7 and have seemed to mail the season in. The Patriots continued to win using their Plugin Player System. The Raiders upset the Broncos in Denver behind LB Mack's 5 sacks. The Chiefs beat the Chargers in a game played in monsoon like conditions. The Saints went into Tampa and beat the Bucs for their first road win of the year. Eli Manning played perhaps his best game of the year as the Giants in a must win game beat the Dolphins to remain in playoff contention in the weak NFL East. The Redskins seem to be picking up steam late in the season by going into Chicago and squeaking out a narrow victory. Jacksonville started off slowly but steam rolled the Colts in a game that was close thru halftime but it seems only the Jaguars came out to play int he 2nd half. The eagles won their 2nd game in a row in a close tough fought game against the Bills. Green Bay in a rain filled game handily beat the confused and clueless Cowboys. Cooper went
13-3 in week 14 and is 152-46 for the season so far. We will continue
to
post His record for
each weekend and season total.
